I put it in a box of “starting points,” odds and ends that I can use to begin my next project, and didn’t think too much of it until I was searching for that perfect substrate for this week’s project.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eI chose to blend it with boho chic elements, but I see in our archive that this journal has had many lives — first as the journal from the \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/Washi-Paper-Bezel-Journal-Wraps%20\" target=\"\"\u003eWashi Paper Bezel Journal Wraps Project\u003c\/a\u003e, then for the \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/Capture-Lifes-Moments-Inspirational-Journal-Project\" target=\"\"\u003eCapture Life’s Moments Inspirational Journal Project\u003c\/a\u003e, and most recently as the \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/Instantly-Inspired-Journal-Project\" target=\"\"\u003eInstantly Inspired Journal\u003c\/a\u003e. Throughout its journey, each project designer has put their unique twist on the journal, then left it for the next person to find and remake. It reminds us that it is never too late to begin again and give something old a new twist.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003ch2\u003eWrite Me Little Notes Project Directions:\u003c\/h2\u003e \u003cp\u003ePrep Ridge Journal with a messy layer of \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/adhesives-primers-and-mediums\" target=\"\"\u003ewhite gesso\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eWhitewash a piece of paper from the \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/paper-collections\" target=\"\"\u003eWild and Free paper pad\u003c\/a\u003e with white acrylic paint. Rip around the edges to form a rectangle slightly smaller than the journal cover.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eStamp \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/art-stamps-pam-carriker\" target=\"\"\u003eLady Macbeth\u003c\/a\u003e onto book text and rip paper, carefully following the outline of the stamped image.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eAdhere rectangle to journal cover, then Lady Macbeth image.
