Let dry or speed up process with a \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/mixed-media-supplies\/\"\u003eheat tool\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eLayer white and yellow acrylic paint onto the tag, adding color and making marks.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eOutline your stencil shapes with a pencil and China Marker.
