Let dry or speed up process with a heat tool.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eLayer white and yellow acrylic paint onto the tag, adding color and making marks.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eOutline your stencil shapes with a pencil and China Marker.
