For this project, I was inspired by the simple phrase “Stay Strong” to remind myself that it will just be hard for a time and that things will even out eventually.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003ch2\u003eStay Strong: Steampunk Assemblage Woman Project Directions:\u003c\/h2\u003e \u003cp\u003eCover the face of the Steampunk Cameo Woman Stand-Up with book text using gel medium.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eWith a blending tool, ink the outside edges of the face with \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/inkpads-and-cleaners%20\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eWalnut Stain Distress Ink\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eArrange metal gears, coins, shirt buttons, and other \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/embellishments\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eembellishments\u003c\/a\u003e on the head. Adhere to the head with strong adhesive. Attach a few of the gears with brads so that they can turn still.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eTwist a length of rusted wire into a circle to accent parts of the head and adhere with strong adhesive.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eAttach rustic tin heart to the bottom corner of the woman. Add crisscrossed pen nibs below the heart.
