The plain gift bag I had looked so boring, and I knew I needed to add something to it to make it special. I adhered the collage paper to white cardstock with gel medium. Doing this really makes the colors pop. I then layered the collage-paper panel onto a piece of kraft cardstock, tied a ribbon around the bottom, and adhered everything to the front of the gift bag.
