Repeat to make three.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eBrush \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/ice-resin-collection%3flimit=25\u0026amp;page=2\"\u003eIced Enamels Medium\u003c\/a\u003e onto each dreamcatcher. Sprinkle with Iced Enamels Turquoise \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/jewelry-making-accents-and-tools\"\u003eRelique Powder\u003c\/a\u003e, and shake off excess powder.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eUse a \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/melt-art\"\u003eheat gun\u003c\/a\u003e, and slowly and evenly heat each dreamcatcher until the enamel sets. Be careful — the wire will be hot; allow it to cool before touching.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eWrap green \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/twine?page=2\"\u003eBaker’s Twine\u003c\/a\u003e around the edge of one dreamcatcher, and tie the ends together. Add some beads to the ends of the cording.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eDecoupage two coats of \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/glitters?limit=50\"\u003eglitter\u003c\/a\u003e onto three \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/chipboard\"\u003echipboard feathers\u003c\/a\u003e. Add a layer of resin. Sprinkle on a pinch of Iced Enamels Relique Powder, and let cure 24 hours.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eRub on word, and add an additional layer of \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/ice-resin-collection\"\u003eresin\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eDrill a hole on the top of the feather.
