I dry-brushed white gesso onto the page to tone down a little of the color. For additional interest, I scribbled onto a textured rubber stamp with a brown Distress Crayon, sprayed it with a bit of water to activate it, and lightly stamped the design onto the page.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eFor the focal image, I wanted to show a strong woman, so I selected one from Dina Wakley’s Collage Paper Faces collection, and used gel medium to adhere it to the page, applying an additional layer of it on top of the image. Next, I chose a couple sentiments and stamped them onto paper scraps, layered them with black cardstock, and adhered them to the page.
