Paint inside the tape with \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/adhesives-primers-and-mediums%20\" target=\"\"\u003ewhite gesso\u003c\/a\u003e. \u003cspan style=\"font-weight: bold;\"\u003eTip\u003c\/span\u003e: The rub-ons seem to adhere well to certain types of glass, but won’t adhere at all to other types. Try a small test area to determine if the rub-ons will stick to the glass. If it sticks, you do not need to gesso the area first.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eWhen gesso is completely dry, rub-on \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/stickers-and-labels%20\" target=\"\"\u003eChristine Adolph’s Adhesive Rub-Ons\u003c\/a\u003e onto the white area.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003ePeel off the backing and sprinkle with \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/ice-resin-collection?page=2%20\" target=\"\"\u003eGold Relique Powder\u003c\/a\u003e. Brush off excess and set with a heat tool.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: bold;\"\u003eTip\u003c\/span\u003e: This design has a tendency to chip. To ensure that the design is permanent, etch the area before you apply the gesso to give the gesso more tooth to grab onto, and seal the embossed design with a clear acrylic sealer.
