Allow the tag background to dry.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e On a separate piece of white cardstock, stamp the Stampotique designs with black ink. Color in the images using your favorite markers, we recommend either \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/artist-pens-and-markers\"\u003eCopic Markers\u003c\/a\u003e or Distress Markers. Cut out the images and then glue them to the tags and to the outside of some patterned bitty bags.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Add some clip art words to the tags and bags as you like, and then use ribbons to wrap each package.
