Art journaling can take on as many different forms as there are individual people doing it. Project:\u003c\/h2\u003e \u003cp\u003eCover the entire torso with torn pieces of \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/tissue-and-transparencies\"\u003edecorative tissue\u003c\/a\u003e. Glue down with collage glue and let dry thoroughly.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003ePaint a wash of gesso (1\/4 gesso and water) over the entire torso and let dry.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eDraw doodles, images and text with pencil. Use watercolor \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/paints\"\u003epaints\u003c\/a\u003e and pencils to color in the designs. Activate the watercolor pencil with a wet brush to paint with it. Outline the images and doodles with the black pen(s).
