Glue pieces of scrap paper to twelve grubby tags, stitch pieces of fabric to each tag and then stitch the months to each tag. Be sure to change the direction of the tags based on how they will be placed into your journal. I positioned my tags so all the strings hang out.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Place the tags onto your pages one at a time and stitch across the bottom and sides, creating a pocket. Stitch another tag on the back of each page so that they line up with the tags on the preceding page.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Overlap two tags on the vertical and glue together.
