Trace the holes from the banner pieces onto the paper strips and punch out the holes on the paper. Glue the strips onto the top edge of each banner piece and snip any excess paper off the edges.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eAttach a piece of the \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/index.php?route=product\/search\u0026amp;filter_name=scrolls\"\u003escroll washi tape\u003c\/a\u003e onto each pennant. Thread some white \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/ribbons-and-fibers\"\u003eseam binding ribbon\u003c\/a\u003e through each pennant to connect the banner pieces together.
