Sprinkle with Relique Powder, and shake off excess.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eSlowly and evenly heat the entire layer with \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/mixed-media-supplies\/\"\u003eheat tool\u003c\/a\u003e until the enamel sets as desired.
