Allow the black paint to completely dry before continuing.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eNext, outline and doodle in part of the stencils using \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/artist-pens-and-markers\"\u003eMontana Acrylic Paint Markers\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eUse a \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/artist-pens-and-markers\"\u003eRanger Ink Fude Ball pen\u003c\/a\u003e to add fine black lines and doodles.
