I used a foam brush to splatter water onto the sheet, but you could also use a spray bottle. Working quickly, add watercolor paint to the wet areas. The paint will spread wherever the water is, so you really only need to dab it wherever you see droplets. Hold the label sheet upright, and tap so that the paint runs down the page. Rotate the sheet and tap it again. When the paint is dry, use a stamp to add whatever sentiment you’d like to express. These stickers are great for sealing a letter.
