Use a sharp craft knife or paper cutter to cut the paper.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eMeasure and fold the kraft paper to be the same length and width of the ruled newsprint school paper.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eFold both the newsprint and kraft paper in half.
