Glue down with collage glue and let dry thoroughly.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003ePaint a wash of gesso (1\/4 gesso and water) over the entire torso and let dry.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eDraw doodles, images and text with pencil. Use watercolor \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/paints\"\u003epaints\u003c\/a\u003e and pencils to color in the designs. Activate the watercolor pencil with a wet brush to paint with it. Outline the images and doodles with the black pen(s). Use sequin waste or other stencils with chalk inks to add texture and interest. Using mixed-media adhesive, add scraps of painted paper scraps. Here I used the negative part of a hand cutout from my scrap box. Stamp \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/art-stamps-dina-wakley\"\u003eDina Wakley\u003c\/a\u003e's Grunge Growth stamp and Grunge Flowers stamp onto the hands using Jet Black StazOn Ink. Use water soluble pencils, Inktense blocks, and watercolor paints to enhance the page. Adhere the stamped tissue to the page using mixed-media adhesive. Use watercolors, Inktense blocks, and a water soluble pencil to shade around the figures. To create a more transparent effect with the paint you can try diluting it with water or use watercolor paints for softer and more fluid strokes.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eOnce the paint has dried, stamp the wing onto the page, using either white acrylic paint or white gesso.
